PresBee-What?
If you are over forty years old, you may already be aware of presbyopia, the natural slow degradation of our ability to refocus
our eyes from a distance target to a near target. This affects our ability to read, and eventually do any manner of
close work. With eyeglasses, the answer to prebyopia has been bifocal lenses or progressive lenses, but fewer options
existed for contact lens wearers. Coopervision has recently released the newest contact lens design that allows for
simultaneous distance and near vision without too much compromise of visual acuity at any range. Recent fittings at
Eyevolution seem promising. If you are interested in correcting your vision with contact lenses, Biofinity lenses may
be the perfect choice.

ART-WALKed
We had the honor to participate in the Sixth Annual ART-WALK in Nyack this past weekend. Our artist in residence
was David Derr (www.d2studios.com) whom brought selections of oil paintings and "assemblages", sculpture created out of found materials.
Thanks to all whom stopped by!.. Many of David's pieces will be on display through the week.

Upcoming Summer Hours!
As we pass the summer solstice, Eyevolution will be changing its weekly hours. Starting the week of June 20, we will
be closed Sundays & Mondays.
We will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 10-6, Thursdays from
Noon until 8pm & Saturdays from 10-2.
These hours will be in effect through August 15. Thank you!
